Meet Anna Barnes
SINGER/SONGWRITER/ARTIST/BANDLEADER
A little Southern soul, a whole lot of rock & roll.
Born and raised on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, Anna Barnes is a powerhouse vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter bringing a refreshing blend of soul, funk, R&B, blues, and rock to stages across the Southeast.
After spending three years immersed in Nashville's legendary live music scene, performing more than 1,500 shows and building a reputation for her dynamic vocals and magnetic stage presence, Anna returned to her Lowcountry roots with a sound and live show all her own.
Blending the soul of Amy Winehouse, the grit of Janis Joplin, and the infectious energy of classic funk and R&B and good old southern rock and country. Anna brings something special to every performance.
Whether she's performing original music, reimagining crowd favorites, or fronting her full band for a packed dance floor, Anna knows how to connect with an audience.
Available for solo, duo, trio, and full-band performances, including festivals, weddings, corporate events, private parties, and live music venues. Fully insured, with professional sound equipment available.
